https://static.wixstatic.com/media/undefined Founder/President (2015-2016) Patron (2016 - 2022) Toastmasters International operates Gavel clubs worldwide for the purpose of promoting communication, public speaking and leadership in educational organizations. I am the founding president of this society at University of Ruhuna with over 200 members. As the president, I conducted weekly meetings, collaborated with Toastmasters International, and worked towards the improvement of public speaking skills of student members.

https://static.wixstatic.com/media/undefined Co-founder/Organizer | 2014 - 2016 Xbotix is one of the biggest annual robotics competitions in Sri Lanka, in which the best young minds in the country compete head to head to accomplish a unique goal using self designed robots. Both undergraduates and high school students are invited to compete through separate categories. I am one of the pioneers in starting his competition and I volunteered as an organizer from 2014-2016. I have held the below positions during my bachelors. • IET young professionals, Sri Lanka national executive committee member (2013-2016) • Event organizer at Ruhuna University chapter (2014-2015) • Industrial relationship manager at Ruhuna University chapter (2015-2016) As an IET official, I have organized events and competitions to improve the technical exposure & quality of young engineers in Sri Lanka.

Marketing Team Leader (Treasurer) of Ruhuna Initiative Group (2014-2015) AIESEC is the world’s largest non-profit, student-run organization. I have been a founding member of university of Ruhuna branch of AIESEC and held the postion of marketing team leader, which is equivalent to the position of treasurer. As an IEEE official I have organized, • hackathons and circuit design competitions within the university. • IEEEXtreme – 24 hours programming competition at Ruhuna university annually.

I have carried out tasks as the student leader for a batch of 76 students. My work included coordination between the university administration and students, organizing student events, field visits, arranging internship opportunities and conducting career guidance programs.
